Compassionate therapy, grounded in your story
About Hannah
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing virtual and in-person therapy in Colorado. I am passionate about helping people navigate life’s changes and challenges with compassion and authenticity. My approach is holistic, nonjudgmental, and empowering. Every part of your story matters, from your relationships and environment to your past experiences. I have unique expertise with evidence-based therapy techniques supporting adolescents, caregivers, adults, and older adults with life transitions, family/relationship conflict, stress, grief, loss, and trauma recovery. You don’t have to face these challenges alone. We'll determine the right approach to help you achieve lasting change.
I’m also certified in Veterinary Social Work and understand the deep, complex bond between humans and animals. My experience with veterinary and animal welfare professionals has helped pet owners and professionals cope with compassion fatigue, moral distress, trauma, and grief. I know caring for and loving animals can be both beautiful and exhausting.
Outside of therapy, you’ll find me exploring Colorado trails with my dog, planning adventures with family and friends, or watching TV beside my cats (they run the house). Starting therapy can feel intimidating, but we’ll show up authentically and use a bit of humor when life feels heavy. I’m excited to begin this healing journey with you. Let's get started!
